  • Lifetime Access: When you purchase a course from HammerFlower Courses, you receive lifetime access to that course content. This "lifetime" refers to the duration the course is available on our platform. If a course is retired in the future, we will do our best to notify enrollees in advance.
  • Personal Use Only: Course access is tied to your account and is strictly for your personal, non-transferable use.
  • Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your course and provide a valid reason, you may request a refund within a reasonable period (e.g., 30 days). We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of refunds or account termination.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on HammerFlower Courses—videos, text, images, and materials—is the intellectual property of HammerFlower Courses (or its licensors) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
